He is one of the known Data Center Experts in India who has designed and implemented 100+ Data Centers of different types and capacity in India and abroad and have detailed understanding of Data Center Infrastructure in Nuts & Bolts level. He has worked with Global Leaders like IBM, 3i Infotech, Religare, Schneider Uptime Institute etc and has been regular speaker in different events like DCD, Data Center by BE, CIO, DCtSummit, DC Nepal Summit, CII Event, Healthcare Summit, Facility Management, CII and other leadership events.

Ranjan holds a B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Marketing). With over 20 years of experience, he has held leadership roles across prominent organizations such as Vertiv, HCL, Wipro, Schneider Electric, and Legrand.

At Schneider Electric, Ranjan played a pivotal role in establishing the Cloud & Service Providers (Data Center & Co-location) business. His work involved leading Greenfield projects for critical facilities (MSCs and Data Centers), encompassing end-to-end design and build services. He also spearheaded the assessment and retrofit of aging critical infrastructure—covering structural integrity, fire safety, electrical and power systems, cooling, operations & maintenance, and energy efficiency—ensuring optimal performance across the entire data center lifecycle.

During his tenure at Vertiv, he led initiatives in designing and delivering advanced power solutions (including UPS and DC power systems) and precision cooling systems tailored for MSCs and Data Centers.

Driven by a vision to transform the data center landscape, Ranjan now leads “Data Center Guru”—a platform committed to offering innovative and sustainable solutions for the evolving needs of the data center industry.

Santhosh is a seasoned infrastructure strategist with 26+ years of global experience spanning BFSI, enterprise tech, and product engineering. He has led transformative infrastructure programs in senior roles at ICICI Bank, NetApp, and VeriSign—where he oversaw operations across APAC and EMEA.

His expertise includes infrastructure architecture, Compute, backup and storage systems, Network, cybersecurity, and operational resilience, with proven success in core banking and mission migrations and disaster recovery strategy. He brings deep credentials in compliance, automation, and large-scale data center design.

Santhosh holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from XIME, Bangalore, a Postgraduate Diploma in Cybersecurity from Amity University, and certifications including CDCP, CDCS, ATS (Uptime Institute), ITIL, and ISO 27001. Today, he advises enterprises on building secure, efficient, and future-ready IT ecosystems aligned with business outcomes.

Ranganath is an Electrical Engineer, having 35+ years of experience in various profiles.  Served in Engineering Industries as well as in Datacenters.

Uptime Certified Tier Specialist (ATS), having vast experience in Datacenter Design, Design Review, Project Planning, Execution, Datacenter Equipment's Installation, Testing, Commissioning,  Operations & Management etc.

He has worked with leading organisations like; Reliance Infocom, Tulip Data Center, Aramco, NxtGen Data Center, NEOM City etc.

John is an Australia-based business professional with over 20 years’ local experience in the Asian Datacentre industry leading businesses focussing on Engineering Infrastructure Consultancy, Design, Operations, Certification and Training. He has extensive experience of working in Australia, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Singapore and Vietnam, Taiwan, Japan, US and UK with global client groups on the design and operation of critical facilities in the Hyperscale, Colocation, Telecommunications and Financial Services sectors. John’s most recent full-time role was as Managing Director, South Asia for Uptime Institute, prior to this he held positions including Technical Director for AECOM Singapore, Senior Associate for Arup (Australia) Ltd and Executive Director for DSCO in Hong Kong. In 2019 John was awarded an Advanced Professional Diploma for successfully completing the globally recognised Financial Times Non-Executive Director Program and commenced a Datacentre Education Specialist role with DCPro (Singapore).

Rajesh Adhikary, Partner at Transcend Ventures is a diversely experienced Investments and Business Management Professional. He has over two decades of solid experience encompassing Private Equity Investment Management, Board level engagements, operationalizing strategic plans in investee companies, working with investee companies on value migration, business development, M&A, divestiture of non-core assets, profitable growth and implementation of exit strategies. He has served as a Director/Vice President at Fitch Ratings India with responsibility spanning business development, credit risk analysis and key account management. He has also worked in the non-banking financial services sector with role encompassing planning, control and credit function.

Mr. Adhikary is a Bachelor in Engineering, Post Graduate in Business Administration and a Charter holder from The CFA Institute.
